Practice Emotional Literacy and Empathy

Social Emotional Learning is the basis for how young learners feel about themselves and how they relate to the world around them. It includes emotional literacy, empathy, and the ability to process feelings.

Meet the Helpers is a series about emergency service workers like firefighters, 911 Operators, and more to help young students feel calm and confident in times of stress. POP Checks and Mindfulness moments offer ways for elementary and upper grade students to to process strong feelings and find moments of calm. These series and all of our SEL content are available for free to everyone.
