Age Range
Mindful practices for social-emotional learning are tools we can use when we need to:
- PAUSE and take a breath;
- OWN what we are feeling; and
- PRACTICE a quick stretch or something that relaxes us.
Mindful Practices brings intentional resources, support, and learning for students, staff, and families to help rebuild safe, culturally-sustaining, and equitable learning environments (in-person, hybrid, or fully remote) that promote SEL competencies and well-being of both students and adults.
