Jumping rope is a great way to warm up your body and is a great cardio workout. Don’t have a jump rope? That’s ok, you can pretend and get the same results.
For this movement activity, we will be doing fitness drumming. All you need is a couple of spoons with a long handle if possible (wooden or plastic would probably be best) or 2 drum sticks if you have them.
This mindful movement will help you when you are stuck for a long time, sitting. You can still move your body to feel better, relax your mind, and get more focused.
