Cardio kickboxing is a fantastic way to get your blood flowing and body moving. By the end of this video, you’ll be performing a series of basic punches and kicking sequences.
For this movement activity, we will be doing fitness drumming. All you need is a couple of spoons with a long handle if possible (wooden or plastic would probably be best) or 2 drum sticks if you have them.
This mindful movement will help you when you are stuck for a long time, sitting. You can still move your body to feel better, relax your mind, and get more focused.
